Meditation is something I do every night before going to bed, but is it something we should all do. In this blog I will convince you why meditation is a necessity.
For me I love to listen to girl’s in red. And just look up at the wall, breath in heavily and just zone out for a second. I think a lot of people imagine meditation to be knee’s crossed eye’s closed shouting “OOOOOOOOMMMMMMGGGGGGGG”. That is not true. Meditation is about relaxing and zoning out for a second.
It clears my mind so much. It is just such a good way to distress and feel zen. Zen and relaxation is more important than you think. It helps your mental health a lot to.
It gives me a break, a chance to escape from reality. I am a very busy, extroverted, high-maintenance kind of person.
